There are going to be times where you come across patients who are highly sensitive and irritable who may be in too much pain to even allow you to do a proper evaluation as well as a thorough assessment.

In this Technique Peek Series video we feature Robert Shapiro, DPT, COMT, demonstrating a technique used to help decrease your patients level of sensitivity to pain in cases where the diaphragm is said to be restricted. This technique can also help to improve the patients' thoracic mobility allowing for greater relaxation and improved function.

Check out our other Technique Peek Series videos over on our YouTube channel. Thanks for hanging out with us.
