This Technique Peek Video features Robert "Bob" McCabe demonstrating how to do a self trigger point release of the upper trapezius muscle using a tennis ball, Lacrosse ball or small ball. This technique is great to assign to your patient as a home exercise technique. Don't forget to follow up the release with an upper trapezius stretch in order to maintain flexibility.
